This Policy explains how we may use the information we collect about you when you use our website, do business with us in any form, or otherwise intermingle with us by participating in our events.  Policy gives effect to our commitment to protect your personal information and has been adopted by all of the separate and distinct legal entities associated with Growth Vidyapeeth (including SLMT Institute, LPKC Development and Entertainment Pvt. Ltd, Let’s Get Together Foundation and World Human Development Center) that manage, operate, license, own and/or provide services offered by Growth Vidyapeeth (Hereinafter referred to as “Organization”, “we” “us” and “our”).

By using the Services or by otherwise giving us your information, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by the Privacy Policy. ·   Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011.

4.     Types of Personal Information We Collect

 4.1. In order for us to provide you with the services, we collect and process certain information, including sensitive personal information. Such collection and processing of information may be subject to the jurisdiction and applicable law therein and shall not be made available in public.

The SPI Rules define “Sensitive Personal Data or Information” of a person to mean personal information about that person relating to:

  • Physical, physiological, and mental health conditions;
  • Medical records and history;
  • Information received by body corporate under lawful contract or otherwise; and
  • Visitor details as provided at the time of registration or thereafter.

4.3. We only process Sensitive Personal Information in your jurisdiction if and to the extent permitted or required by applicable law and will obtain your explicit consent to do so.   • Participation document, questionnaire and feedback forms filled by you during the workshops

Our primary goal in collecting your information, including your personal information, is to provide you with a smooth, adept, and customized experience. As part of that undertaking, we are committed to safeguarding the privacy of the personal information that we gather and never sell your data.

For better services: All the feedback forms and participant details are destroyed within 3 months of the workshop. They are not sold or exchanged anywhere. The organization uses your feedback for further reviewing the quality of its services provided. Contact details of the participant like his residence and office address, email id, date of birth, professional details and family details are recorded only for the purpose of providing better expected services in the future.
Other. In addition, our organization may disclose personal information in order to: (i) comply with applicable laws, (ii) respond to governmental inquiries or requests from public authorities, (iii) comply with valid legal process, (iv) protect the rights, privacy, safety or property of our organization, site visitors, guests, employees or the public, (v) permit us to pursue available legal remedies or limit the damages that we may sustain, (vi) enforce our websites’ terms and conditions, and (vii) respond to an emergency.
