Dr. Senthil Nathan, a 66-year-old diabetologist from Coimbatore, had always dreamed big.
While treating patients, he dreamed of doing something revolutionary in the pharmaceutical industry.
In 2012, he started his own pharmaceutical business. It was steady—not a failure, but not the breakthrough he had hoped for.
A few years later, Dr. Senthil wanted to make a bigger impact. He decided to create an online platform where people could buy all kinds of medical equipment with ease. But things didn’t go as planned, as he lacked the right strategies, processes, and a clear execution roadmap. He was impatient and doubted his own decisions. The platform didn’t succeed, and he was left frustrated and uncertain about his next steps.
That’s when he found out something that changed his life:
Business Vidyapeeth— a training program for ambitious visionary entrepreneurs.
For Dr. Senthil, the workshop was an eye-opener.
Business Vidyapeeth helped him see the gaps in his approach and reignited his confidence.
With renewed clarity, Dr. Senthil made a bold decision. He left his high-paying medical career to focus entirely on his Business Venture.
In 2024, his hard work paid off. Dr. Senthil founded Med Mall— India’s first-ever mall dedicated to medical equipment, in Coimbatore. This groundbreaking concept changed how people accessed medical supplies.
Recently, Dr. Senthil won first place at the event (The Pitch)— a startup pitching contest in Coimbatore. There, he was competing against much younger entrepreneurs.
At 66, he proved that age is just a number when it comes to chasing dreams.
His journey shows that success doesn’t come easy. It requires clarity, patience, and the courage to seek guidance and support.
For every businessman feeling stuck, Dr. Senthil’s story is proof that it’s never too late to aim higher and achieve something extraordinary.
