Meet Mr. Vivekananda. Age: 64. A man who has worn many hats and walked many paths.
In 1983, he earned a diploma as a printing technologist. It was a proud moment. He started his career in India, working actively for 15 years. Life then took him to the Middle East. For 21 years, he worked in Dubai, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain. He rose through the ranks and became a General Manager. A position of pride. A role of power.

Then, the pandemic hit, and in 2021, he had to return to India.
The world had changed. So had he. But he was determined. He wanted to do something on his own. He was qualified as an English language teacher. He decided to start a Spoken English Course and Training Academy. The idea excited him.
But, the execution broke him.
He struggled.
The mindset he had developed abroad didn’t work here. The attitude, the behavior of people—everything felt different. Marketing? He couldn’t even begin. Running a business in India was not like managing a team in the Middle East. He didn’t understand what was going wrong. Everything that he was trying was just not turning in his favor.
That’s when it hit him. Being a General Manager and being an entrepreneur were worlds apart. He realized that he needed to learn how to do business before moving forward.
He needed to educate himself. He wanted to learn. This wasn’t new to him. Since the 1990s, he has been enrolling in various programs to develop his knowledge and skills. But this time felt different. This time, he felt the weight of his questions.
What am I doing? Am I doing it right?
These thoughts haunted him.
Then, he came across the Cash Flow Mastery Workshop. He joined. He needed to understand how to manage cash first. The workshop sparked something in him. He wasn’t just learning numbers. He was learning survival. He pushed himself further and enrolled in Business Vidyapeeth, India’s leading business workshop.

He walked in with hope. He wanted to improve his business. But what happened there was beyond his imagination.
In one of the sessions, he had a one-on-one with Mr. Mayour Nandu, Business Vidyapeeth’s Head Coach. That conversation changed everything.
Mayour Sir told him something he never expected. He said, “You’re not able to grow your business because it’s not the right business for you.”
Those words were a thunderbolt. But they made sense. Deep down, Mr. Vivekananda knew it.
Mayour Sir gave him a direction. “Become a Kaizen Consultant,” he said.
Without a second thought, Mr. Vivekananda followed his advice. He enrolled in courses. He earned certifications. He started working as a consultant. Slowly, things began to change.
Step by step, milestone by milestone, he gained top certifications from a world-renowned organization from Japan.
Today, he is among the top five Kaizen Consultants in India, acclaimed by the Government of India. And he believes this is just the beginning.
At 64, when most people think of retirement, Mr. Vivekananda is building his legacy. His story is not just about age or career. It’s about courage. It’s about trusting the right guidance. It’s about believing that it’s never too late to start again.
Business Vidyapeeth didn’t just teach him strategies. It gave him clarity. It gave him a purpose. It gave him a Visionary Mindset.
Business Vidyapeeth has been coaching and mentoring visionaries like Mr. Vivekananda and has been providing the right push and direction they need to transform their mind and business and succeed in this ever-changing world. They just did one correct thing— Found the right guidance at the right time.
