Pramod grew up in Raigad in a lower-middle-class family where no one dared to dream beyond a secure job.
His grandfather was a government clerk and his father followed the same path. For Pramod’s family, life was always about simplicity and stability. They never even thought of entering the business world.
But Pramod was different.
Even as a child, he dreamed of running a business. After earning an engineering degree, he worked in an MNC for two years and learned everything about the construction industry.
However, the desire to create something of his own pushed him to quit his job and enter the business world. His family was completely against this decision.
Pramod started small. He worked on government projects and earned great recognition for his quality work.
After some time, he switched to private projects. He was doing well. Pramod even built a bungalow for his parents.
However, Pramod always wanted to own a business.
In Pune, he established his own company and grew his business.
His turnover was good, he had people working for him.
But Pramod made one mistake: he took everything on himself. From getting clients to managing funds to marketing, he handled it all.
When payments for large projects got delayed, it created a chain reaction. Suppliers weren’t paid, loans piled up, and operational costs skyrocketed.
Still, he kept taking loans to match the operational costs.
Result? His debts reached ₹10 crores.
Stress overwhelmed him. Employees left. Banks called constantly. At home, tensions rose. Pramod’s health failed, and hopelessness took over.
He tried a lot of things to come out of his struggles but nothing worked.
At one point, he even thought of ending his life.
The Turning Point
Pramod’s breakthrough came when a friend urged him to attend the Cashflow Mastery Workshop.
Desperate for a lifeline, Pramod agreed. The workshop became his eye-opener. He realized the missteps draining his business and began implementing changes.
Pramod started taking corrective measures and things started to change, slowly but steadily.
Still, he needed deeper hand-holding to accelerate his growth. The most important aspect he realized was that his mindset needed an absolute shift. And, for that he needed support, he needed guidance.
That’s when Pramod joined Business Vidyapeeth (BVP)
At BVP, he learned strategies to systematically manage his cash flow, reduce debt, and rebuild his business step by step. Not just that, he also learned the art of building the perfect team and how to delegate.
Along with business tactics, Pramod regained something he thought he had lost—his confidence and visionary mindset.
The Comeback
In just two years, Pramod cleared half his debts and stabilized his business. He regained his health and peace at home.
Today, he’s expanded his business and inspired over 100 people to transform their lives.
Pramod’s story proves that no matter how bad it gets, you can turn things around— if you are ready to be coached, if you are ready to accept the right guidance.
Business Vidyapeeth stands with Pramod Savadatti and thousands of visionaries like him.
